There is one cycle stand on Platform 1 (for trains towards Ipswich and Felixstowe) behind the ticket machine and the waiting shelter, at the back of the platform. There is also one cycle stand on Platform 2 (for trains towards Lowestoft), located next to the waiting shelter.
Rail replacement bus services do not serve this station. Customers are advised to use Ipswich station for rail replacement services.
