Group Travel Information

How many people are classed as a group?

Our groups team can assist with booking requests for groups of 10 or more people. If you wish to make a booking for 9 or less passengers, please book via our website or app.

What services can I request a group booking for?

You can request a group travel booking on Hull Trains services to London with our friendly and experienced team, with the choice of Standard or First Class, subject to availability.

What types of groups can you cater for?

Our groups team can assist with a range of different group booking requests, whether that’s a school group, club, sports team or a group of family and friends. Enquire for more details.

How can I make a group travel request?

Please get in touch via our online request form or by email and the team will be happy to assist you with making a booking.

What if we have children in our group?

Please let our groups team know how many children will be travelling and whether they are aged 5 or under, between 5 and 15, or aged 16 to 17. This helps our team to find the most suitable fare for you.

Can I use railcards for further discount on the group rate?

Group travel prices already receive a discount so no further reduction can be offered for any passengers in that group who hold a railcard.
