A QUICKER AND SAFER WAY TO GET PAID

We’ve partnered with Payit™ by NatWest, a new way to pay you directly into your bank account without us needing to hold your bank details. This works with any UK bank; you don’t need a NatWest account.

How does it work?
1. You’ll need any UK bank account, email address, mobile number & internet connection
2. You’ll get an email with a link from noreply@services.natwest.com
3. Enter your Hull Trains claim reference number starting HULL-CR and the verification code sent to your UK mobile number
4. Select your Bank name from the selection page
5. Log in to your Online banking or your mobile banking app to authorise the Payit payment to your account
6. Once you’ve authorised the payment, your money should be with you within 2 hours

How does Payit™ work?

To use Payit™, you’ll need any UK bank account, an email address, a mobile number, and internet connection. You will receive an email with a link from noreply@services.natwest.com. Click the link to enter your Hull Trains claim reference number starting HULL-CR along with the verification code sent to your mobile number. Log into your bank directly using your secure portal, no bank details are visible to Hull Trains.

How long is the Payit™ link valid?

The link is only valid for 30 days. If any details are entered incorrectly multiple times or is over the 30 days, the link will become inactive and you will need to get in touch with us to have this unlocked.

When should I receive my payment?

Once you’ve provided the information required, you should receive the money within 2 hours. If you still haven’t received your money after 24 hours, please contact us.

Is it free to use Payit™?

Yes, it is completely free to use. There is no charge when receiving a payment through Payit™.

Do I need to use Payit™ to be paid?

No, you can also choose to be paid by an eVoucher.

Do I need to download an app for Payit™ to work?

No, Payit™ uses the web browser so can be used on any device without needing to download an app.

What if my bank isn’t listed?

You can still get paid through Payit™ even if your bank isn’t on our list. You will need to manually enter your bank details.
