Selby is a Grade II listed station that was originally built in 1834. The station has 3 platforms with direct services to Hull, Leeds and Manchester. 7 Hull Trains services stop at Selby each weekday. Selby Station is situated approximately ½ mile from the town centre making it an easy walk. Selby station is fully staffed and a ticket machine is also located on the platform to Hull. There is a café located on the same platform serving tea, coffee and light snacks. The station has ample parking with 130 spaces in the car park adjacent to the station and taxis can be found directly outside the main entrance.
