Ticket holders with Hull Trains Only tickets for this affected service can travel on any other Hull Trains service on the same day or the day either side of the affected date using their existing tickets without having to change them.
If the alternative Hull Trains services are not suitable, we advise customers to purchase an alternative ticket in the same class of travel and claim this back through our customer service team by emailing all original and new tickets to customerservices.hull@hulltrains.co.uk or by using our webform https://www.railhelp.co.uk/hulltrains/general-enquiry/policy-and-products/customer-relations.
