If you fancy putting a quirky twist on a date night favourite, Hull Independent Cinema has you covered. Head to Hull Truck Theatre and join them for their alternative Valentine's Day screening of We Are the Flesh.
Whilst exploring themes of love and desire, this intense Mexican feature is far from your usual romcom. The result is a Valentine's you'll never forget.

There's a charming pottery cafe in Beverley that's perfect for creative couples, or for those who have a passion for trying something new.
Tea & Bisque-it presents the opportunity to craft and paint your own pots to your heart's content. Each piece of pottery is individually priced and ranges from £2.50 to £30, and you just pay £3.50 for studio time.
On Valentine's Day they will be open from 11am until 4pm. Or if you can wait a couple of days, head to their adults only session on Thursday evening.
