AMENDED SERVICES IN 2025
On Fridays and Saturdays in March and April, from the 7th March, there will be minor alterations to our timetables. 90% of our timetabled services are planned to operate as normal but there will be some temporary alterations affecting some early morning and late evening services between 7th March and 26th April. The affected services are listed below, all other services are currently planned to operate as normal.

Ticket holders with ‘Hull Trains Only’ tickets for the affected services can travel on any other Hull Trains service on the same date or the day either side of the affected date using existing tickets without having to change them. If you require a seat reservation for your journey, email us at customer.services@hulltrains.co.uk along with details of your original service and the new service you are wanting to travel on including:
- 07:27 from London King’s Cross on Fridays
- 19:09 from Hull on Fridays
- 07:27 from London King’s Cross on Saturdays

Sunday 30th March: Engineering work is taking place in the Hull station area, closing some lines. As a result, the first southbound service from Hull (07:55 Hull to London King's Cross) will be retimed to start later at 08:12, and will run later than usual throughout

Sunday 4th May: Engineering work is taking place in the London King’s Cross area, closing some lines. As a result, the first northbound service from London King’s Cross will start later than usual, departing at 09:18.

Sunday 11th May: Engineering work is taking place in the Hull area, closing some lines. As a result, the first southbound service from Hull to London King’s Cross will depart later than usual at 08:12.

Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th May: All Hull Trains services will start and terminate at London St Pancras due to engineering work taking place between Peterborough and London King's Cross. Hull Trains services will not call at Beverley, Cottingham, Doncaster, Retford, Grantham or Stevenage and will run a reduced service.
- Advance tickets for Hull Trains services on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th May are available to book. If you wish to travel, search for services to London St Pancras to see advance fares.

Sunday 8th June: The last southound service from Hull has been retimed to depart slightly later than usual from Doncaster, Retford and Grantham due to engineering works. The service will arrive in London King’s Cross as its usual time.

Rail Replacement Services
From time to time we may operate replacement rail services due to engineering works on our route.
See the replacement rail service stop locations for pick ups and drop offs at each station on the Hull Trains route below.
Rail Replacement Stop Locations by Station
Rail replacement buses or taxis depart from the front of Beverley station in the car park next to Trinity Lane.
Rail replacement buses or taxis arrive and depart from bays C & D at the end of the bus interchange which is next to the Hull station building.
Rail replacement buses and taxis depart from outside the Ferry Inn pub which a 4 minute walk from Brough station on Station Road.
Rail replacement buses and taxis go from near the platform exit gates at the front of Howden Station on Station Road.
Rail replacement buses and taxis will arrive/depart from the front of Doncaster station. A member of staff will be on hand to direct passengers.
Rail replacement buses and taxis depart from the front of Stevenage Station next to the main station car park.
Rail replacement buses depart from York Way which is out of the main front entrance and left of London King's Cross Station.
